What's Cookin'?

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 (10oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1 Tbsp. minced garlic


1.Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 quart baking dish.

2.In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach,

mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese.

3.Bake in the center of the preheated oven until the cheese is melted;

about 15 min.


Serve with chips.
