What's Cookin'?

VEGA, TEXAS SALSA

3 ripe tomatoes

2 medium onions

2 cans pitted black olives

2 – 4oz cans chopped green chilies

8 Tbsp cooking oil

1/4 cup vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

Chop tomatoes, onions, and black olives.

Mix all ingredients together and chill 1 hour.

Serve with corn chips.
